The 2012 Bayshore Village Annual Meeting will be held on: January 14, 2011 9:00 AM In the Clubhouse at Bayshore Village Morro Bay, CA Details are in the agenda (click here) The next Board meeting will be held on SATURDAY November 5, 2011, at 9:00 AM in the Bayshore Village Clubhouse. This will be the important annual budget review meeting. Details are in the agenda (click here). Formal adoption of a new pool use rule will be discussed at this meeting -- details on this new rule are available here. NOTE: Meeting start time is 9:00 AM The next Board meeting will be held on Wednesday July 20, 2011, at 10:00 AM in the Bayshore Village Clubhouse. (Note: SPECIAL DAY and TIME - 10am on Wednesday July 20.) NOTE: Meeting start time is 9:00 AM The following Bayshore Village Roads will be slurry-sealed on these dates: Tuesday, April 26, 2011 -- Sandpiper Circle Wednesday, April 27, 2011 -- Sandpiper Lane & Clubhouse Lane Thursday, April 28, 2011 -- Bayshore Driveways Please make sure that all personal belongings and vehicles are removed from BSV driveways, roadways, and vicinity by 7:00 AM Tuesday April 26 for the duration of the project. You may walk on the new slurry seal after 5:00 PM on the day the sealing is applied. Be careful not to track any tar or driveway materials onto your flooring or carpet. The HOA is not responsible for any damage to your carpets. Drivers need to drive carefully on the new surfaces for several weeks until it fully cures. The next Board meeting will be held on Saturday March 5, 2011, at 9:00 AM in the Bayshore Village Clubhouse.
