The 2008 annual meeting was held on Saturday, January 19. The following Board of Directors were elected: Carol Unger - President Allen Elliott - Vice-President Polly Tatton - Secretary Anna Aven - Treasurer Bonnie Von Rauner - Member-at-Large The 2009 Annual meeting will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2009 at 9am in the Clubhouse.
The upcoming annual meeting will be on Saturday, January 19, 2008 at 9 AM in the Bayshore Village Clubhouse.
The upcoming BOD/Budget meeting has been changed from Sept. 15th to one week later on Saturday, September 22, at 9 AM.

NOTICE: Some owners are receiving bills by mistake from Charter for around $46-$48 for "Bulk-rate basic - expanded service from 1-18-07 to 2-17-07". If you call Charter Customer Service you may be told that our Bayshore Village bulk rate contract is not valid. Be assured that all is OK, and you should NOT pay these bills. Please advise Lynda Farnum at Armstrong Property Management if you receive one of these bills. \\
The quarterly board meeting was held Saturday October 7. The proposed 2007 budget was presented, discussed and approved -- an average $17 per month dues increase will take effect in January 2007. Additional topics of discussion at the meeting were the new election rules and defining the BSV Consultants program.

Effective Sept 1, 2006, the BSV Management Company will be changing to Armstrong Property Management (click here for current contact details). A letter detailing the address to send dues payments has been sent to all homeowners.

An injured heron was found at BSV and transported to Pacific Wildlife Care.
It apparently had an altercation with a raccoon.
The date for the next board meeting has been changed to Saturday October 7, 2006 at 9:00 AM in the Clubhouse.
The date change was needed to allow the finance committee more time to gather additional 2006 data prior to finalizing the 2007 budget.

The Annual Meeting and election of new board members took place at 9:00 AM on Saturday January 21, 2006.
A special year end financial review board meeting was held in the Clubhouse on Saturday November 5, 2005.

A board meeting was held in the Clubhouse on Saturday August 6, 2005. Four of the 5 board members were present. The agenda and draft minutes are available for viewing.
Three members of the board walked around the complex last Saturday and made note of a variety of open issues regarding painting, lighting and irrigation.
A work party descended on the pool area Friday and cleaned, organized, pruned and repaired. New pool emergency signs were hung. All of the Geraniums were trimmed. Weeds were pulled/sprayed. The area was totally cleaned. Thanks to Janis, Lucky and Gary.
STARTS JUNE 1 - May 16, 2005
An agreement has been reached with 58 Bayshore Village Homeowners and Charter Cable TV regarding a group purchase of Basic and Expanded Channels at a large discount. The cost for Basic and Expanded Channels (2-99) will be $20.37 with a 5 year agreement. The service cutover date is June 1. Charter has the list of 58 homeowners and nothing more needs to be done by the homeowners. Each of the 58 homeowners needs to add $27.70 to your June dues and $20.37 to your dues starting in July and after. The additional $7.33 in June is the installation fee charged by Charter.
A survey of all Bayshore Village owners was conducted to determine interest in obtaining a group purchasing agreement with Charter which would provide Basic and Expanded cable TV for $20 per month (compared to the normal price for these 2 tiers of about $45 per month). All repairs to the spa and surrounding concrete have been completed. The spa is once again fully operational and ready for use. Enjoy.

The MB turkeys are meandering through our complex daily. They usually get on the one story roofs and occasionally even the two story roofs. This is a reminder not to feed the turkeys as this will encourage them to come in greater numbers and possibly become a nuisance for our neighbors.
The last board meeting was held on January 15, 2005. Present were 2 boards members along with Jim and Linda from Manderley Management Co. This was the annual meeting - committee status and new board member election. Newly elected to the board were Janis Conklin, Dennis Winscott, and Gary See. During the big storm this winter a eucalyptus tree fell along Bayshore Dr against two of the units. Damage consisted of a broken window, rain gutters, minor wood trim and paint.
